Shipping policy

FREE GROUND SHIPPING

We proudly offer complimentary ground shipping to the lower 48 states, with a standard shipping time of 7-14 days. Orders within the continental United States will be shipped via ground transport at no additional cost. This includes standard delivery service without the use of a forklift.

FORKLIFT SERVICE NOT INCLUDED.

Please note that orders for excavators and skidsteer loaders require a forklift for unloading. If you do not have a forklift, you will need to rent one to ensure safe unloading.

ORDERS:

We only ship within the United States.

All documentation/ EPA certification charges will be paid by us.

After payment is made, pls give us 3 work days to process your shipment. Actual delivery takes another 5-10 work days.

Delivery for machines will be done by trucking, and delivery for attachments will be done using Fedex or UPS.

Please note there may be instances when we may not be able to provide an online tracking number. We honor all transactions, and we want to assure you that you will get your equipment or, we will do a refund.

IMPORTANT:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before we send your package out. 

Customers who wish to change the delivery address after the package has shipped out will be subject to all applicable shipping charges. 

If you fail to select a delivery time slot offered by the shipping company/driver, and the package is returned to Typhon Machinery, you will be charged an additional 10% fee to make a second delivery (time slot selection may not apply to all deliveries).
